Return Policy
Exchange only on boutique clothing items. No refunds at this time.
As for our custom or handmade items. Those are non refundable. If you have any issues please contact us on our contact us page.
You may return the boutique item and receive a store credit or exchange for a different size.
You can do so by emailing us, and explaining your reason for the return. The exchange has to be done within 5-7 days of purchasing the item.
If we approve the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping and again will receive a store credit to use on another item.
The garment has to be in the same condition it was in before it left our shop.
It has to be free of makeup. deodorant and strong smells.
We take precautions to make sure we know the exact condition the garment was in and we do so via pictures and videos upon shipping.
